Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.

Q: Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q: How to proceed an order for the product?
- Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
- Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
- Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order.
- Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by sea shipping. It usually takes 1-2 months to arrive. Airline and Express are also optional.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for the product?
Our MOQ is 200 pcs. For new customers, there are two times to order below 200pcs, the third time will charge 160usd for machine operation if MOQ cannot be reached.

Q: What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 30-35 days.

Q: Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q: How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new one with new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we recycle locally.

Q: What certifications do you have?
We have acquired ISO9001 quality management system certification. Our product conforms to Verasol/CE/FCC/ROHS certificate. The certificate is issued together with the bulk goods.

Q: What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?
Generally 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment. More payment methods depended on requirement.
